As the global fashion retailer of our generation, we need your eye for detail, passion and enthusiasm to join our studio team. In this role, you will provide support to our shoot teams , specifically in Production and sample-related tasks throughout the entire shoot process. Strong organisation skills and a can- do attitude are essential as you will closely collaborate with our production and sample teams. Additionally, you will have direct contact with the Buying, Marketing and Social teams to ensure the smooth operation of the studio.
This is a diverse role that involves supporting the Production, model booking and shoot teams across the department. Your responsibilities will include assisting with the preparation for all e-commerce shoots and creative shoots as needed. It is crucial to be proactive and thrive in a fast-aced studio environment. You will work alongside the Sample Coordinator to manage samples effectively and contribute to various areas of our e-commerce studio, promptly addressing any product-related queries or issues to support the team in achieving company targets.

We’re one of the largest studios in Europe, curating stand-out collections so that customers can visualise themselves in our product and be inspired to showcase their personalities through style. What you will be doing
- Accurately logging all samples in our database.
- Organisation, logging and handling of clothing, footwear and accessory samples.
- Assisting photographers, stylists and video producers. (no prior knowledge necessary)
- Steaming/preparing all samples to be shot.
- Organising samples post shoot and archiving samples into storage.
- Supporting the shoot coordinators with day to day shoots and stock management.
- Admin duties relating to Production and model booking
- Assisting on ad hoc jobs when required.
- General tidying in the studio.

About you
- Some experience in a Retail/ Fashion/ Studio environment would be beneficial
- Able to communicate well with stakeholders across Buying, Marketing & Studio
- Passionate about Fashion & Retail
- Commercial & Creative mind-set and able to voice ideas and opinions
- Be proactive and use your initiative to solve problems
- Highly organised and proactive
