What does it mean to be a Head of Revenue Operations at ZeroNorth?In this role, you will be part of the revenue team and you will report to our Chief Commercial Officer.
You will manage people and teams to help them collaborate and perform their best.
In order for them to do this, you will have to ensure that the overall direction and strategy for our sales, marketing, and customer success teams are set and executed, and our processes aligned to meet and exceed KPIs.
In short, this means that you will:
Design and implement the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy in a collaborative way
Develop structured data-driven commercial processes from lead generation, to sales execution, to post-sales
Manage and lead a team of Revenue Operations professionals overseeing marketing, sales and customer success
Be a business partner to the CCO and other GTM leaders. This includes supporting the CCO to drive the sales team
Identify opportunities to improve the speed/conversion/size of sales both by looking at the numbers or looking beyond the numbers
Develop reporting & dashboards to show performance, trends, opportunities, and risks across the GTM team
Implement a data governance framework to ensure data integrity and a single source of truth
Set up a revenue enablement function to look after ramp time and ongoing training
Drive special projects within the GTM organisation, if and when needed
Shape the strategy and drive actions for acquisition integration in the GTM space

You have done this before and have a solid track over a minimum of 5 years in leading Revenue and/or Sales Operations functions across SaaS companies on a global level. Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
You are a data-driven, process-oriented person, who can bring a superior level of structure to the organisation. You are interested in the sales process and can draw relevant insight from both quantitative and qualitative inputs.
You are comfortable in designing strategy, driving implementation rollouts, building and managing teams, and energised working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, where you are able to help facilitate change.

while balancing many cross-functional stakeholders.
