Indoor Sales Assistant [Malaysia]

We are one of the leading manufacturers for Boltless Rack, Pallet Racking System and Shelving System. Our holding company is a public listed company listed on the Main Market of BURSA Malaysia

We are looking for a candidate to fill the following vacancy in our group office:-

Indoor Sales Assistant – Rawang, Selangor

Benefits:

Responsibilities:

1. To be responsible for the Sales and Marketing Support activities for the department.

2. To be responsible for the Customer Service activities for all customers in the department.

3. To provide support to the Sales Team (Executives & Managers) in handling paperwork (e.g. DRF, CCF, Specifications, etc) and coordination between inter-department (e.g. Shipping, Production, Planning, etc) or inter-company.

4. To undertake Prospecting and Customer Development – to identify and initiate initial contact with prospective customers in assigned territories from time to time.

5. To undertake planning – to identify, plan and execute plans to meet customer’s needs in maintaining, developing and achieving “Total Customer Experience” objectives

6. To assist in the preparation of monthly/ yearly sales forecast, sales analysis, data collection for assigned territories

7. To submit a weekly report updating the customer orders, deliveries and sales turnover.

8. To assist in the coordination and preparation for trade shows of the sales department.

9. To meet the targets and objectives as set in the MBO

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM.
  • Required skill(s): Computer literate - Microsoft Office, Good communication skills (both oral & written)
  • Familiar with sales order process and have experience communicating with overseas customers is an added advantage
  • Required languages: English & Bahasa Malaysia. Good communication in English due to nature of this position.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
