An opportunity has arisen to become part of an innovative, forward-thinking operation within the Best Food Logistics team.

We operate the UK’s ONLY flexible multi-temp, shared customer delivery logistics network. We buy, warehouse, pick and distribute products to the nation’s best loved food and drink brands every single day and provide the best experience to our customers

Role and responsibilities:


To provide administration assistance to the warehouse team

Collate and input payroll data using Microsoft Excel and SAP system in a timely manner

First point of contact for payroll queries, liaising with payroll team where necessary

Monitor the Warehouse holiday tracker to ensure holiday is taken and not exceeded

Issue and log Purchase Order numbers using SAP system

Liaising with Accounts Payable team where necessary

Ordering of consumables as directed by Warehouse Management team

Manage employee photo ID, Printer and depot access cards

To undertake any other duties that may prove necessary


.The successful candidate must have excellent PC skills and telephone manner, be educated to GCSE level, be numerate, literate, and highly organised.

Although previous experience in operating equipment e.g. printer, photocopier would be advantageous, it is not essential, as full training will be given. Full training will also be given on the voice management console and Minster. You are required to be flexible in your hours of work if needed.
