Enterprise Integration Team ensures the Integration process for corporate needs. EIT is responsible for Integration's SDLC and data consistency, from architecture to developing applications and support. We use MuleSoft Anypoint Platform for Integration development.
Our team helps to improve data governance and all data objects go through the formal SDLC process, and the design is validated according to the best industry practices and requirements. Another focus is on improving maintainability, so all integrations are developed based on several standardized patterns using similar language 400+ application is already set for over 75 corporate services in cooperation with more than 20 stakeholder teams.
IF YOU ARE
- Skilled with SQL/JSON/XML/XSD
- Experienced with any Monitoring system
- Knowledgeable of ITIL Process and Principles
- Having at least 1 year of experience in a Call Center or Service/Help Desk
- A guru of multitasking
- A fan of troubleshooting and investigating
- Initiative and good team-player
- A great communicator and conflict resolver demonstrating Intermediate English level
AND YOU WANT TO
- Monitor emails (errors) daily and fix minor bugs
- Manage requests and problems throughout their entire lifecycle, proactively keep the customer informed of progress
- Identify the requestor's issue and real need and ensure all requests are processed within agreed SLAs
- Communicate with stakeholders to gather all needed information and propose possible solutions for issue/ticket resolution or redirect them to responsible team members if needed
- Inform stakeholders about critical issues in communication channels and manage escalation, if needed
- Review checks of all MuleSoft components on Monitoring systems
- Configure property files for the MuleSoft application and be part of the Release team
- Clearly describe technical issues, solutions, and other complex information in the emails, tickets, and documents
- Implement processes, contribute to corporate initiatives
- Provide On-Call support (being available and prepared to resolve critical issues)
