We are seeking a VoIP Dialer Specialist who is experienced with GoAutoDial to help us manage and maintain our telecommunications infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Managing GoAutoDial, including adding new agents and providing call support.
- Ensuring that calls are clear and that there is no distortion, and that connectivity is reliable.
- Maintaining and troubleshooting office PCs, including data recovery.
- Managing networking infrastructure for the entire office, including Cisco switches.
- Managing dual internet connections and configuring pfsense on mikrotik router to ensure smooth internet connectivity.
- Also have an idea about the call center activities.
AGE LIMIT: 25 years (not above)
Timings : 1:30 -10:00 PM (Monday-Friday)

Salary: Rs35,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
