Job Description
- Provide Chauffeur service to the Director
- Pick-up/ send guest when required
- Ensure the car is well maintained and clean at all times
- Carry out routine inspection on the car to ensure that it is always in good condition
- Ensure proper filing of receipts for vehicle repairs, maintenance and other records and reports concerning of
the vehicle.
- Plan the routes and estimate arrival time in advance, safe and legal driving practices are expected at all times
- Drive safely and perform the duty to prevent any road incident/ accident and traffic fines
- Working overtime is a must
- Run office errands or any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirement
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as Personal Driver with clean driving record at least 3 years
- Class 3 Driving License
- No vehicle insurance's claim for the past 3 years
- Familiar with Singapore Roads and Landmarks
- Flexible with work schedule
- Thorough understanding of road regulations
- Clean criminal record
- Neatly presented and professional
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Punctual and reliable
- Ability to work during evenings and on weekends as required
